Reg file
« on: March 15, 2008, 08:36:54 pm »
I purchased KORD for FS9 and it activated (from the trial version) with no problems.

However I cannot locate the REG key file anywhere on my system.

I simply want to back it up elsewhere on my system for safekeeping.

The docs say it should be named something like “FSDreamTeam_ZurichX.REG” - except the Zurich name would be replaced by KORD or something similiar.

Any ideas?

The name of file is FSDreamTeam_Chicago Ohare.reg located on root directory of FS9.

Nope - that file was NOT created anywhere on my system during the registration process.

I believe it should have been but it wasn't.

I confirm. The .reg file wasn't created in my FS9 folder either.  The Zurich install did create the .reg file but not the Chicago install.

Try this:

Go to fs9 addon manager menù and choice Fsdreamteam>>Chicago Ohare>>> Backup regKey

Thanks -

That did the trick !!

Perhaps the documentation ought to call attention to that way of getting the REG file if the installer does not create one.
