Can not register serial

Yesterday I bought Hawaiian Airports Vol2 on the web and got the serial number.

I already have Honolulu and Hawaiian Airpots Vol2 installed.
I use all FSDT products and installed all of them at the same way.

I do use the newest version of the addon manager.

The problem with Vol2 is that I can not register the serial. No new window opens, so nothing happens.
With all the other products it worked that way.

There's no difference whatsoever between how a Serial Number is registered from Hawaii 2 and other sceneries, since the Addon Manager is only one.

If, after selecting "Register Serial" the Window doesn't appear, the error is due to another product you might have installed that "steals" the focus of the main FSX window, such programs are those related to online flying, since they force their own window to stay on top of everything else.

The registration dialog is probably there, just hidden behind the main FSX window.

Try to select CTRL+TAB or ALT+TAB to bring the registration dialog in front.

Sorry, but from your description of the problem, this was the only possible explanation.

This, of course, assuming your explanation was accurate. If, instead, what's happening it's not that the "Register Serial" doesn't appear but, instead, it does but when you insert the Serial Number, it goes back to flying without asking anything, then it's an entirely different issue and, it simply means you typed the Serial wrong or, you typed it correctly, but for the wrong product.

I will now explain my proceeding:

-Starting FSX
-ALT->Addons->Addon Manager, selecting: Publisher:FSDT->Hawaiian Airpots Vol2 (Product installed, in TRIAL Mode)
-Register Serial
The "Buy and Manage Window disappears.
I can only nee the main FSX window and there is no other window behind.

Did I anything wrong? That is the way I registerd all my FSDT products.

That's how it's done. Are you running FSX in Windowed mode or Full screen ?

Which is even more strange, since this shouldn't simply happen in Windowed mode.

I'm sorry, but I'm still convinced you have some other program which is stealing the focus and prevents the dialog to be shown, maybe not even related to flight sim, but something else entirely, like a system utility related in some way to dialogs or windows appearance ?

Finally it works!
Closing the running Mozilla Firefox was the solution and the window appeared in front of the main FSX window.
