I just purchased the 3 volumes of Hawaii airports. Thanks for the great deal and for the beautiful scenery. Since I am new at using your products, I have a question:
When my plane sits on an aircraft carrier 15 miles away from PHNL for example, and that I check the other planes gated at PHNL (via Air Traffic), the jetways show, but the buildings DO NOT show (just black shades at buildings locations)...Is that normal or is there any setting I need to change?

Is that normal or is there any setting I need to change? Yes, it's normal, and can't be changed. The scenery is handled by the Addon Manager, and if you are outside its area (usually 10NM), nothing is loaded. Is tied to the actual airplane location rather than the view location, because keep turning on/off objects depending on the view might lead to instabilities, especially if you cycle between views fast. |

Just tried buying Hawaiian Airports Vol. 2, but the coupon code is not being accepted. I use the code HAVEPHNLHAW1 as I own Hawaiian Airports Vol. 1 and Honolulu. I purchased Hawaiian Airports Vol. 1 together with Dallas on December 16. 2010, and Honolulu was purchased May 1. 2010.
Wenn I enter the coupon code and press the enter button the coupon code is being rejected.
I'm probably doing something wrong, but I don't think it is an email problem as I always used the same email address I believe.

We don't understand why some people can't use that coupon, even if the email was correct. Have opened a support ticket with Esellerate, and are waiting for an answer.
If you don't want to wait for the problem to be fixed, just buy Hawaii2 at the regular price, then send an email with your order number, we can refund you for the amount of the Coupon.

I have now amended my profile so the email address is correct. Any chance you could register all my FSDT purchases against this address so the HAVEPHNLHAW1 coupon works when purchasing Hawaii2?

I have a question about the Hawaii promotions, but in reverse. I bought Honolulu standalone, and then bought Hawaiian V2 with the Black Friday sale, so I couldn't use the HAVEPHNL discount (or I could but it would have been more expensive, so I obviously wouldn't do it!). Now I am considering buying Hawaiian V1. Is there a possibility, in the future, without cross-sell, to have a discount if you have both other Hawaiian Products?
