Huh Unless you don't want to fly at Lihue and Hilo anymore, you shouldn't uninstall them.

If an uninstall would required, either we would clearly said it would, or our uninstaller would do it automatically...

When I got to last step in purchase I pressed Done and a window came on and said, no transaction made so I tryied it again and it did the same thing. Only now I have two receipts that show I paid. Also the addon maneger said only Trial version of Haw2 is installed.I also used the coupon HAVEPHNLHAW1 and chose to purchase Dallas as well. Please advise and thank you

Something has gone wrong with the connection half time between the ordering and the activation.

Just use "Register Serial" on the Addon Manager to activate the scenery, and contact us via email so we can issue a refund for the double purchase.

I have purchased every FSDT scenery to date, from the same e-mail address, but esellerate will not allow me to use the relevant coupon code (the 30% one) for Hawaii 2 - it says that relevant purchases have not been made to allow the coupon?

I presume you can access my e-mail address from my forum log-in details to check this?

No, you haven't. Checking your orders, you used another email for some of your purchases.

I've merged all of them under the email you used to register on the forum.

Thanks - I didn' think FSDT existed when my previous lycos e-mail address was in use - tried buying again today but it is still giving me "invalid coupon" using HAVEPHNLHAW1, so something is still not right!

It surely was, since the same address on that ISP was used to purchase all our products so, inserting that one will surely work, at least to allow the Coupon to work and complete the order

If this address doesn't work anymore, you might have troubles getting the purchase receipt, but in this case, as indicated on this message, it's best to alert us before ordering, so we can update your email with a working one.

Of course, I can't say if this is an old email or a new one you have on the same ISP, if you used the proper communication method, which is Email or forum Private Messages, I could tell you exactly which email you used for all your purchases, since I surely won't post your email in public, especially considering you set your account here to hide it.
