Hello!
Just wondering, following the chain, I am wondering if FSDT would consider doing a V3 of their Hawaii project, just to complete it, as there are only two or three airports left! It would be after CYVR and likely after the JFK update, so I realize it would be much later on, but if it is even a possibility, I would suggest probably Kapalua (PHJH/JHM), as it is a small but decent size with a nice approach, and would as well work nicely with Kahului. Secondly and lastly, I would recommend either Molokai or Lana'i, as both have flights around the islands and would be the first airport with such great quality on both of those islands. As they are small, maybe V3 would be 3, fitting the title and because there are not too many airports left. It would, in a way, sum it all up by finishing up the Hawaiian airports, with the exception of maybe Hana or Kalaupapa. Just a consideration.
