Guys,
Could you please clarify to which extent TBT will be modelled?
1. Current operational condition without current WIP
2. Current operational condition with current WIP
3. Current operational + future terminal extention being fully active (the way FSDT did with JFK T5)
Personally I'd be happy with option #3.
