Dear support team,
I am trying to activate my Bergen scenery.
I have a valid product key and insert this via menu item 'Addon Manager' / 'Cloud9' / 'Bergen FS9' / 'Register Serial'.
But after insert nothing happens and the trial periods still remains.
I have downloaded the latest addon manager, just some minutes ago.
Within file details I can see version 1.9.2.
Is that correct?
I kindly ask for support to get this scenery back to work.
Above this I tried to redownload this scenery again, but something is broken on your website:
The link which should lead me to the FS9 version, links me to the FSX version.
And the FSX version
links me to a non existant webpage
