VAT and special offer question

Yesterday i bought the scenery using the special offer for the IVAO event saying 20% off
Regular price for EU is €20,90.- + VAT
My Credit Card will be charged €25,9x.-
Living in Austria i´m used to 20% VAT but i don´t get it: if €25,90.- is the price with 20% off, how much is VAT for me  - 40%??

Checked your order, and the problem is you haven't inserted the Coupon Code, as explained in the forum message announcing the discount here:

Not inserting the Coupon Code, will result in the standard price being applied.

I definitly did copy & paste the code but checking out I had to load the page twice apparently something went wrong at this stage
Is there a refund system or a way to step back?
