Aircraft glitch: controls become inactive upon KLAS installation

Hi,

Just downloaded the trial version of KLAS and it makes control of some of my fsx aircraft inactive. Particularly the VRS F-18E Super Bug that uses the FUPIC file. Once i uninstalled the KLAS demo version the aircraft worked perfectly. I want to purchase the KLAS product but not at the expense of using aircraft. any help on how to correct this glitch?

Note I also rebooted my computer and tried reinstalling the trial version without much success. I also uninstalled the problem aircraft and re-installed them without any success either.
