Antipop up and view optimization

I just purchased the Honolulu scenery. I cannot find information on what or how these features work- the antipopup and view optimization. Link or manual for this???

Also, I assume since I just downloaded this today, I have the latest version...but I do not see a versioning anywhere to verify???

The scenery version is indicated in the installer when it starts and also indicated in the installer Properties, and if you download it today, it's 100% sure to have the latest version, because we always re-upload an installer as soon as we publish an update.

The Addon Manager version is clearly indicated in its window, and it's also guaranteed to be the current version, since its .dll and support files are always fetched from the internet, when you launch any scenery's installer.
