Fuel trucks

At HTO and HLI when I press shift+f it says no fuel trucks at this airport. I was flying the 737. The fsx one.

We'll check it, it's probably the fuel parkings missing from the AFCAD

Not really a bug, we just haven't animated them, since almost nobody seemed to notice they did flap at PHNL...but we can do it reasonably easy.

Umberto, I also noticed that too about the flags mostly because the airport is smaller I think its even more noticeable. if possible and there is time it would be very nice having them with animation. I think in phnl it was a little bit harder to notice because of the size of the airport? if not its not a big deal.

We decided to address the most serious issues first, then we can have a look at the finishing touches.
