Tower Camera Icon

Does anyone know what happened to the tower camera icon on the Map in FSX?  Earlier versions of FS had an icon for the tower (as well as the aircraft) that could be dragged closer to a runway for a dramatic replay of an aircraft landing.  I would be nice to have this feature back.
