Umberto, Any chance of maybe a general aviation airport? Maybe something in the Los Angeles basin to go along with the LAX release. Van Nuys would be a great one. A lot of detail though with all the FBO's there. Or possibly Santa Monica or Camarillo. I think it would be interesting to see what a GA airfield would get in the ratings?

Chris

I once suggested the same thing in this thread: http://www.fsdreamteam.com/forum/index.php?topic=4133.0

Umberto,

Here's an idea for you, kind of along the lines of what you have done for Hawaii.

Since you are working on KLAX how about offering Van Nuys Airport as an additional addon for $15 more for those who also buy KLAX when its released. Similar to what you did with Greystone for KORD purchasers, except KVNY would be payware and not free.

If your not familiar with KVNY its the busiest GA airport in the world and was also featured in the great video One Six Right which you could view here for free: http://www.hulu.com/watch/118168/one-six-right

More info can be found here http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/KVNY

It's been a much requested GA airport for years now and has been skipped by all payware developers and freeware developers as far as I know. Judging from requests I see on various FS forums, I would bet that a lot of people would be interested in it, even if you offered it as a stand alone product for full price.

Just though I would mention it in case you guys might want to give it some consideration.

Regards

I can't say that I am surprised a payware developer hasn't done Van Nuys, but I am really surprised one of the talented freeware folks out their like Max Kraus hasn't given it a shot.

Hi,

Roma Fiumicino ! This is my vote.

We really need this one as it doesn't exist for FSX. Limc for FSX already exists and was developped by Simgiants.

I Know that Umberto said that sometime ago, but why did he put Roma Fiumicino in the poll so ?
I don't think he would put an airport in the poll if there is no chance to develop it...
And for the moment, I'm not the only one that want to see LIRF...

Some people abused the  process and as a result LIRF totals were inflated by multiple votes and using different accounts when everyone knew there was one vote per poll. Roll Eyes

I like the idea of KSLC and KBWI.

I'd also like to see a good KIAH (Houston), KPDX (Portland), KABQ (Albuquerque), to throw out a couple of others.

As well would I but there just isn't enough time in the day and man power available for them to make all these wonderful airports.

I am the biggest fan for FSDT!!!!  I use FS9.  I love the scenery but it slows my computer down just as much as Blueprint Simulations.  I have My home airport from them all though it would be 100% better if you guys made it.  I would love it if you guys would make it because I, and several other fellow simmers all asked with me to Fly Tampa, Imagine Simulations, and Aerosoft but all of them turned us down.  Im am Begging FSDT to Make my Home base AIRPORT!!!

Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport (ICAO: KMSP)
