I don't think Oliver will be AESing it anytime soon so FSDT can take their time... Hopefully by end of Sept early October...

Hey newmanix, that wont stop me from using it now. I know some of you guys wait for aes but I just want to use the airport. of course having aes is icing on the cake but I wouldnt delay that nice cake. Grin

The islands of Hawai'i contain much diversity as to climate. Depending upon which side of an island you are on will dictate what the weather will be like. The Big Island is front and center in the jetstream coming from the northeast. When all the clouds and moisture hits the Hilo area it has no where to gom cause there's this really BUG mountain sitting up above Hilo. The eastern side of the Big Island is much wetter than the western side.

The island of Kauai is home to one of the areas that receives the most rain of anywhere in the world, whereas the south side of the island is rather mild comparison.

I just looked again at what I wrote... Me thinks I need to be more careful typing or start using a spel cheker!

The islands really have some peculiar landscapes, so if FSDT continues to develop there I might finally break down and do a custom land class for ALL the islands. There's a lot of areas that look really different than what FS (X or 9) shows!


Bring on LIHUE and HILO!!  Grin
