FSDT Installer screen does not show products...FSDT airports...GSX...etc in FSX

First I apologize if I'm posting something redundant but I just have no other option with this problem. I've been a long time user of FSDT products including GSX ground crew as well as various airports. I really enjoy your products especially the interaction with the aircraft and ground crew. As of 2 or 3 weeks ago I've had no problem starting the FSDT installer with my products listed  and the ability to "activate" each airport or GSX. For some reason now when I start the FSDT installer it appears but the screen where my products are listed is blank. I did research this problem through your forum and believe me when I tell you I have tried everything listed to do to correct this over and over and I still get the blank screen with my products not listed and cannot "activate" them. I cannot emphasize enough how many times I've tried to resolve this but still cannot see my products on the Installer window..Also I've tried to run the FSDT update program and that seems to work fine. Like I said I was able to run this Installer with no problems a few weeks ago and now it won't work with my products listed. Is there something I'm missing to do here?? I've tried everything ...offline installer...uninstall...install....etc....but nothing works. I'm hoping someone may have had the same problem and there is an easy fix for this . I just don't understand what the problem could be. Thank you all and I would appreciate any suggestions because this is a great program...FSDT...and I certainly want to keep using it.

Have the same problem. Always need to update All products, no products are shown in the window.
While running sometimes I get an error and the program terminates. Sorry, didn't write down the error code.

Same issue here... zero products showing in the universal installer, Couatl not starting w/ P3Dv5, and when attempting to register w/ addon manager in sim it throws an error code. Unable to use any FSDT scenery in P3D nor does GSX work.

It's fixed now, it was a bug in the installer related to having added a Beta channel, and caused the product list to be empty if you didn't had any version of MSFS, just FSX or P3D.

Yes it is working now. I re-ran the installer after reading your message that it was fixed and happy to report that my GSX now loads well.
Doing a back up and not running an updater again till YOU (Umberto) tell us it is OK for FSX users to run it.
