It seems like at night the ground textures turn a different color, I can't tell but it looks almost green or yellow. Does any one else have this issue?

Are you using DX10 Preview mode ? If yes, turn it off, because the scenery doesn't support it.

The ground looks correct, nothing wrong with your scenery.

However, your lamps lights looks way too yelllow/green, but this is not related to the scenery: you probably have installed a replacement texture for lights, see the Attached screenshot how they are supposed to look like.

Ok, I don't bealive I have installed anything, what about REX?

Well, REX is surely something...I don't know how it works, I guess that, if it replaces default light textures, it might have caused that effect.
