[GSX] COULD NOT FIND VALID NAVDATA AT THIS POSITION, SERVICES ARE NOT AVAILABLE

I got this error message at the startup of a flight in Key West (KEYW) and didn't have the option to modify the airport. Note that this was at an airport that had a GSX profile created for it.
I tried removing the profile but it made no difference.

Any ideas why this happened and how to correct it?

Please clarify exactly which Key West scenery you are referring to.
