GSX pro Problem

I've been having a problem with GSX Pro for some time.
I can request the service, but no vehicles appear.
After calling it up again via the MSFS toolbar, the GSX window no longer opens.

After the restart, either “Loading” appears permanently or the window closes after 0.5 seconds.
On a new flight, the vehicles disappear as soon as I select "Boarding". However, the polygons remain stationary.

These are two completely different issues, so you need to provide separate logs for each case, by enabling logging in the GSX Troubleshooting section page or, if you can't open the menu in any case, following the instructions posted here:

Or in the manual, Page 34, the chapter "Enable logging when GSX can’t even start", then post your logs as an attachment, as explained in the above forum post. Make two logs, one when the loading is stuck, another one when the menu closes immediately.

The two problems occur one after the other. I cannot create different protocols.
I have attached the protocol for this. I hope it is the correct file. A coatl.log was not created.

You must have an incomplete installation, since the log says you are missing a vehicle that is surely part of GSX

- Run the FSDT update and check all files are updated.

- If that doesn't work, try to Uninstall, but reply NO to the 2nd question, so the button will become "RELINK".

- Click the Relink button again, so it will relink it, then do another update CHECK.

I have now carried out the update first. It shows that I have the latest version.
Unfortunately the error was still there.
Afterwards I uninstalled GSX and clicked the relink button. After the reinstallation I also did the update check. Everything was in order.
Unfortunately I still have the same error. First the luggage cart is ready. As soon as I request a service it disappears and nothing happens anymore. After that GSX can no longer be opened :-(

We can't be sure you have the "same" error, unless you post a log made after the Relink. It might be a different error now.

Yes, you have the same error, which is likely caused by having manually copied one or both GSX packages in the Community folder, and this will make the Relink fail.

- Remove BOTH gsx packages from the Community folder

- Go back in the FSDT installer and choose Relink.

Update, because you don't have the latest update installed.

ho sempre avuto il vostro prodotto fin dai tempi di fsx
da qualche tempo ho un cockpit virtuale della sismo con il software della prosim
chiaramente ho acquistato gsx per fs2020 che adesso uso regolarmente ma purtroppo
ho constatato che col 737 della prosim molte delle meravigliose funzioni di gsx non
sono funzionanti...
c'e' qualche file da poter far funzionare gsx con prosim?
