I have noticed that the jetways at this scenery don't fully "attach" to the aircraft. For example, your GSX jetways that I use at default MSFS airports, when they attach to the plane they fully extend the rain cover, or hood as it's sometimes called. At your KCLT, the jetway meets up with the plane but this hood does not extend or retract. Is this something that could be addressed in a scenery patch or update?
