Stairs to tall for aircraft
« on: June 08, 2023, 08:26:35 pm »
Could someone advise me on how to correct this issue, as per attachment, you can see the stairs come over the top of the aircraft, so when the pax board
they got on the roof of the Aircraft; this is the same when un/loading the ULD's (Aircraft containers).

Please advise
Thank you.

It looks like you are using an aircraft that is not supported by GSX without having made a profile for it. Which aircraft is, exactly ?

Ha ve you tried using Captain Sim support to see if it is compatible with GSX. I don't think GSX works with all third party aircraft.

You just adjusted it in the wrong way. Check again all positions for all doors and be sure they are correct.
