Installing Problems KLAX, hanging in Addon Manager Folder

Dear Team,
i have problems during installation (Windows 10).
As you can see in the picture it always hangs during the step checking(?) the existing XML files in the AddOn Manager Folder. Sometimes KJFK.lw.xml, sometimes KMEM.lw.xml, sometimes another CityCode.lw.xml

I also tried to run it without firewall, without defender (directory is excluded anyway), running in Admin Mode.
Always the same result.
