 hi new at this and making slow progress can anybody tell me how to get to a static airport and use gsx toolbar
  i have try all things its on the toolbar when you go to fly but i want to use it for ground but can not get the toolbar
 to work
                 any help please dave

What do you mean with Static airport ? If GSX reports as Installed, you must surely have the GSX Toolbar, unless you disabled in the Tollbar settings.
