Passengers check in but dont check out!

I just got GSX2 and I've done 3 flights...each time I see the passengers boarding at the departure airport, but not at the arrival airport. GSX is saying passengers deboarding but I dont see them getting off like I saw them getting on.

Which kind of parking spot you used on arrival ? Gate or Parking ?

If it was a Gate, did the jetway connected normally ? And, which kind of jetways does this scenery have ? If it doesn't have SODE jetway, it's entirely normal you won't see passengers.
