No menu options working

Hi, I installed DFW in P3d V5.2 I can see the scenery but when i select operate stairs nothing happens, when i ask for the fuel truck nothing happens. Please help

Please clarify, do you see the GSX menu, but it doesn't do anything if you select it ? Not even an error ?
