requesting boarding right after fuel, crew never boards

Using cargo aircraft. Request fuel, fuel truck going into position, request boarding. Fuel completes, cargo gets boarded, but always "waiting for crew" message and crew never arrives. p3d v5.3

You don't say which aircraft you are using, and if it's using the default refueling ( GSX refuels the airplane ) or the custom refueling ( GSX reacts to the airplane refueling itself )

Sorry for that it was the PMDG 747-8F and I think the 747-400F PMDG too

Hello,

I've noticed something similar. When crewboarding starts with a crewbus, the bus arrives but the crew doesn't appear out of the bus door. Instead they walk in from what I would call "the middle of the airport" to the airplane. On large airports this can last up to 15 minutes or more.
My airplane is an FSLabs A32X on P3D5 (latest version).
When the plane is connected to a jetway this doesn't happen.
Can you have a look in to this?
