KORD V2 P3dv4 Missing Terminals and No Jetways

I recently purchased from FSDT the KORD V2 for P3DV4 scenery. My FSDT scenery (btw have Windows 10 computer operating system) has all KORD terminals except for Terminals E, F, and M. In addition, the other Terminals which do show up and are present, B,C,G,H, K, strangely don’t have any jetways. Looked in the forum and searched online with no resolution, so haven’t a clue at this point if the missing terminals noted are normal (not completed yet), as well as why none of the terminals which do show up (as noted) have no jetways. Your help would be much appreciated.

Have you installed GSX ? It's free to use there, but it's required for the scenery to work.

Thanks. I had GSX but for some reason it was not active?? Activated it again, and jetways and missing other things are fixed.
