Hi,
When I arrive at the gate after a flight, I call the GSX menu but I get the "Loading GSX menu, please wait", with the loading circles at the center of the menu.
At the same time I can hear the voice saying "deboarding requested" and the pax deboard, but the jetway has not connected and the front door is closed.
Why does this happen? I usually open the GSX menu and ask for deboarding, I don't have automatic deboarding.
I have the Fenix A320 and don't have any automatic jetway activation by the Fenix or other addons, because I want GSX to handle jetway and doors.
