No option or ILS on 26L or 26R

In the flight planning page of MSFS there is no option for an ILS approach to 26L or 26R.
I've done this approach many times before but now for some reason its not in the drop down
list. Any Idea what might be the cause of this?

There are no RNAV approaches on 26 either.

I can usually get to the bottom of these issues myself. On this occasion for the first time in years I had to go nuclear and do a complete windows and sim reinstall. Not a big deal. It was an opportunity to clean up and reorganize. BUT! The same problem persists.

We don't include/change any of the Approaches in the airport, we just use the ones in the default Navdata and, it seems there's a bug in the default Navdata that, according to Asobo, has been fixed in the latest SU11 Beta:
