I have this message all the time after a few minute of use. No live update or re installation of the program as solved the problem. any suggestions ?

You don't have just that message, you have also a suggestion to open the error log to see the error details, which you are supposed to do when reporting an error.

I am sorry I am tired of searching solution to my problem. It is happening when Iuse FSDt LSGG and Fly tampa Amsterdam. Otherwise GSX works normally. Before the last updates all was perfect, I am using GSX since 10 years now.
 Can you help me ?

Nowhere I said you are supposed to "search" for solutions. As I've said, in that error message, you have also a suggestion to open the error log to see the error details, which you are supposed to do when reporting an error.

athToUserCfg() DOES NOT EXIST!!! "<path not found>\Usercfg.opt"

Are these errors ? on other addon it works well

You are using a custom profile for the airport that uses a VGDS that is not available in FSX or P3D. Which LSGG scenery you are referring to ?

I can change Flytampa configuration. I refer to LSGG from Fsdtdreamteam !
