What do you mean with "same issue" ? The jetway or the pushback ? There has obviously a reply about the pushback, the jetway issue has been replied multiple times in multiple threads.

Since we confirmed multiple times we still haven't found the cause or were able to replicate it after a recent update, the only temporary workaround right now, is to Restart Couatl soon after landing.
