Cross-platform discount

This probably have been asked multiple times but i cant find it, anyway heres my question,

1.Is there a cross-platform discount for fsdt msfs scenery ? i have almost all the fsdt p3d scenery (KCLT, KMEM, KORDv2, KSDF, etc)
2. If yes then how do you apply it ?
