Green runway and taxiways

Hi

Just purchased and installed this. I love all your products, best addon airports around.

One issue though, I noticed on landing at 04R that there was green areas flashing back and forth on the runway and on the taxiways.  I do use FS Global 2008 and FSX Scene scenery upgrade but this hasn't caused any problems with my other FSDT airports.

Any ideas?

Does it happen with FS Global disabled ?

Do you have PHNL on top of the Scenery Library, which is where the installer puts it automatically, or have you moved it below ?

I just had the same problem, except i have REX installed.

I don't think that REX would create this problem. Is most likely a 3rd parth mesh.

Here as well.  Im my case the green surface textures occur when arriving PHNL from another destination.

What other scenery for this area have you installed ?

Dillingham, UTX, FS Genesis.  I checked and it appears I have the version 1 of FSGen installed.  I am downloading FSgen v2 for AK & HI now.  FWIW, the green runway occurs more prominately on approach ends of RWYs 26L and on the approach end of the parrallel RWY 8L.  I will report back after updating to V2.

There's a sticky post in this section that explain the issue with 3rd party meshes. We are working on a fix, which will of course announced here, when available.

I provided some bad data.  I had not installed any 3rd party mesh on this FSX running in XP64.  I added the FSgenesis V2 AK HI and things were improved.  I could not generate the green textures in the PHNL trouble spots as I had in FSX native mesh.  Ill write back if that changes.

They are indeed back (green runway surface).  This is with FSgen V2 AKHI installed.  Tends to happen at the approach and departure ends of all runways (1st 1500 feet) before fading back to runway texture.
