The only thing changed was the addition of a new command added with SU10 that is supposed to remove possibly conflicts on ground markings with the default Zurich, that Xbox users cannot remove manually.
PC users are suggested to remove Microsoft Zurich manually in any case so, the scenery is otherwise functionally identical.
