Floating at KMEM P3D 5.3 HF2

I seem to be floating at KMEM with P3D 5.3 HF2, but no other airports.

I've reinstalled KMEM to see if that was an issue but it is now.

Any ideas what I could look at that would cause my plane to hover few inches off the ground?

Any news on this? I see even the GSX vehicles are floating when called upon.
