- which product for P3D you own

- which product for MSFS you want to buy

Hello Umberto, I already sent an email more than once to support but I didn't get any answer yet. Is there any other way to get those upgrades?

Curious about this too. I am pretty sure Umberto is assuming we all got emails thinking we purchased straight from the site.

In my case at least some had been purchased at a store.  Do we not qualify for upgrade discounts?

If you bought on Simmarket, if you have a product that qualify for the upgrade, it will show up automatically when buy the new one.
