Arrival data not appearing in PMDG FMC P3D V5

I'm having an issue where KORD is not found in the nav data. It has the airport identifier but no Runways, SIDs/STARs. I've reinstalled the airport and used the updater but it has no data for making the terminal routes.

The PMDG FMC use its own Navdata so, nothing in the scenery itself should have any effect on the ability to use the airport in the FMC so, any problem happening there, is only related to the FMC own database.
