Coupon for JFK V2

Hello,

I own JFK V1 and now have P3D V5 and want to use an upgrade coupon to get JFK V2.
How do I do the coupon upgrade? The link it tells you to use does not work.

Also, I don't think I can install JFK V1 first because I have P3D V5 which it won't work in.

Can you help.

But since everywhere in the site it says that, for questions about orders, you should always use email and not the forum, it should have been implied you should have contact support by email, since email is obviously the only place we can discuss about past orders.
