How long does it take to get the email with the download link? I got an email with the key but did not get the download link email and sent an email to support and haven't heard anything back yet.  Thank you

The download link will be of course sent automatically and immediately by Digital River, once the payment has been verified. Could be your ISP is blocking emails from MyCommerce/Digital River for some reason ? Check the spam folder too.

I did check my spam folder and nothing there, what should I do? just to let you know that when I purchased KORD I got the link right away
