About GSX License

       I'd like to know if I could use my GSX in both FSX and MSFS simultaneously.

That I couldn't tell you, but GSX hasn't even been released for MSFS as far as I'm aware. They're still working on it.

The problem is not your license, but the fact GSX for MSFS hasn't been made yet.
