Problema no GSX

Bom dia,

Eu comprei o GSX standard e o Level 2, mas o Level 2 não está funcionando a animação dos passageiros embarcando e o a voz dos passageiros não estão aparecendo. Alguém sabe me dizer o por que isso está ocorrendo e como posso resolver? Já desinstalei e reinstalei, mas continuou com o problema.

Good afternoon,

I bought the GSX standard and the level 2, but level 2 is not worlking on the boarding passenger animation and the passengers voice is not showing. Can anyone tell me why this is happening and how can I solve it? I have already uninstalled and reinstalled, but continued with the problem.

Which airport you are on ? Which kind of jetways it uses ?

I'm using airport in hte Brasil, like Guarulhos, Rio de Janeiro, Porto Alegre, Curitiba e etc. I'm using jetways default.

As far as I know, the passenger animation only works with SODE jetways.
