As already explained in other threads in the forum:
- all emails for previous purchasers of KORD V2 in P3D has been sent, of course on the email address you used when purchasing it. If that email doesn't work anymore, you should contact support asking to change that email into one that works.
- the email might have ended in the spam folder, so check this
- the email might have been mistakenly filtered by your ISP even before it reached your spam folder
In all these cases, you must contact support, sending an email from an email address that surely work, so we can *reply* to it with the upgrade offer email, since this usually works and doesn't ( usually ) mistakenly flagged as spam.
