Hi, help needed. I am using Digital Designs Tenerife South Scenery. P3D v4.5, GSX and GSX2.
At Terminal Gate F5 there is a jetway that is not SODE, it appears to be a GSX Jetway. Does not respond to CTRL-J. But does operate using GSX commands.
SODE is installed and up to date.l
I have followed the removal procedure to the letter, all appears to work, exit P3D, Run GSX control Panel and compile.
All completed successfully, but upon restart of P3D, the offending Jetway is still there.
The pilots, crew and passengers walk up an invisible slope to the plane
At the next stand F4, there is a SODE Jeyway and all works properly, I just wish to copy the stand J4 jetway to Stand5.
Under C:\ProgramData\12bPilot\SODE\xml, there is NOT an entry for DD Tenerife South., but all the other exclusions are there.
What am I missing, or doing wrong.
Your assistance is (again) required.

UPDATE ...I have fixed the problem. Quite a complicated solution, I will need a little while to list the events and the solutions.
