Attempt to download KFLL

In an attempt to download KFLL after downloading I received a msg from FSX that it detected a problem re bglmanxDynamic link library, ver:2,7,0,14, file: bglmanx.dll. I uninstall the program and had to manually go in and remove the bglmanx file. What's the solution to this? If this is a reoccuring problem address earlier I apoligize as I have purchase other of your products with no problems.
