Do you really think we would intentionally "update" PHNL to look like that ?

It's clearly a problem, most likely caused by something made by OrbX, you probably haven't excluded PHNL from their altitude correction, or haven't set their insertion point correctly.

Wouldn’t I first have to have Orbx installed?

Since you haven't said anything about it, and most of the elevation issues are caused by OrbX, I assued it was that. If you don't have anything from OrbX, then the conflict must be caused by another scenery that is causing the same problem.

I have no other scenery installed for PHNL so now that you have eliminated what it could be on my end can we now start with what is wrong on your end? That’d be great.

Speaking of elimination...why not start with your attitude?

You insinuate I had Orbx. I don’t.
You insinuate I had other scenery installed. I don’t.
You insinuate I have an attitude. I don’t.
What I do have is a product I purchased from you that is not working properly so when can we make it about your product and not about me?

I haven't "insinuated" about you having OrbX. It's just the most common cause for that problem.

You surely have another scenery in conflict, otherwise you won't have objects in the wrong altitude.

And where, exactly, I "insinuated" you have an attitude ? You are displaying an attitude here, which others have noticed...

What makes you so sure it's our product that has "a problem" ? Again, do you really think we made it like that or, if the problem really was in the scenery itself, it would have happened to somebody else, not just you ? Our product is being AFFECTED by something you have installed, so it's the victim, not the cause.

Is FSDT PHNL on top of the Scenery Library or, at least, on top of other non-airport scenery ?

Fact the update is "ours", doesn't obviously mean the problem is *caused* by the update. GSX L2 jetway CAN be affected by a conflict in altitude caused by ANOTHER scenery in a different way than than standard jetways the previous version used.

There's a way in the GSX parking customization page to verify this: click the small Airplane icon where it says "Ground Elevation", this will read the actual ground elevation from the sim ( right or wrong it might be ) and will adjust the jetways.

If they are fixed after doing this, it means you HAD an elevation conflict caused by another scenery.

Yesterday I had this same exact issue in Kahului in V5. All buildings were floating. Also out of curiosity, are you waiting for progress on the new HNL to update the rest of the Hawaiian airports? Any progress? Thanks!

We are currently working only on PHNL.
