Keep getting the activation window for KMEM every time I start P3d v4.5

I am at a loss here. I keep getting the activation window for KMEM every time i launch P3dv4.5. I tried uninstalling, reinstalling and selecting not to activate. I got this back in 2016 and do not have a new type key. Is that the problem?
