Found and "Cleaned FSX CFG of couatl entry, save and exited. The started FSX, never ask about couatl, but it was there when I checked in the Add-ons Menu, appears as Couatl-powered produts in the menu with a sub menu that reads key mappings. Checked on KJFK and frustration gave way to total joy!!! The buildings have arrived!!! Thank you for all your assistance and dealing with my aggravation. Your company has the best add on airports I have seen to date and I will be downloading some more.
