Problems with activation

Hi, i have installed the product an go to Addon manager 5.0 insert the key.
The Virtuali Addon Manager says Active but not installed in scenery library. I have finished P3D and got to an external product called P3Daddon manager. I see that the package was disabled. I enabled it and start P3D again. The message was the same an P3D does not show basel Scenery. What can I do? I have bought it by simmarket.

Your problem doesn't have anything to do with activation which, according to your report, has been successful. Something's wrong with that utility. When you install, the scenery surely will be installed in the Scenery Library, and there's nothing else to do.

Try this:

- Uninstall Basel

- Launch that utility, and be sure there's no Basel anywhere listed.

- Reinstall Basel

- Start P3D WITHOUT starting P3Daddon manager first.

For your Infomation Im using more than basel from FSdreamteam.
OK, I should uninstall Basel.
Then Launch that Utility, you mean P3Daddon Manager?
If I can not see Basel in P3Daddon Manager then I should reinstall Basel, right?
Then I should start P3D WITHOUT starting P3Daddon manager first.

Do exactly as I've said, in the order I posted it. Yes, with that utility, I mean the one you said it's called "P3Daddon Manager", which I'm not fully sure what it is.

Maybe you mean the Lorby's P3D Addon Organizer, or something similar ?
