How to register serial numberr

In the add ons I have various products in trial mode ( ex Zurich airport )
How do I register the serial number ??
Whatever I do I get error message after error message.
I appreciate your help.

You said you had an error. Which is why, I asked to contact support by email because, again, when you have an error, the first obvious question I would do ask next would be related to either you key or your order number.

As indicated in the purchase receipt you received by email, you activate a serial number by selecting the product you need to activate in the Addon Manager, then click the "Register Serial" button.
