I suggest you to use Jim Vile's AFCAD for EHAM, available on AVSIM.

There are a couple of files by Jim Vile on AVSIM. One from 2006, says in the readme that can be used for BOTH payware and freeware EHAM sceneries so, I guess that he's saying it has been made both for Cloud9 EHAM and NL2000 as well, which is surely possible, since I think it doesn't act on the parking layout, but only on the ILS/Approach parts so, as long as a scenery is placed correctly (which I assume both NL2000 and C9 EHAM are), the same AFCAD can work for both.

Anyway, lots of people always used Jim Vile's AFCAD with C9 EHAM so, this is not news.

You could always download ADE9X and have a go at modifying the Afcads yourself? http://www.airportdesigneditor.co.uk/

I do it about once a year. It's a pain having to do it for at least three Afcads, but I also find it quite therapeutic. Maybe I'm just odd like that.
