GSX AND GSX L2 ACTIVATION

Hi all,

I had to reinstall FSX-SE recently, along with all the addons, inc. GSX. Since then, I have had issues with the product activation, where every time I launch FSX and a flight, GSX launches in Trial Mode. I'd have to go through Addon Mgr to register the serial number, and Restart COUATL for GSX to work properly.

I have to do this every time I start FSX. I'd appreciate some insight, and perhaps if there is already a thread for the same issue, to resolve this issue.

- Be sure you don't start FSX in any of the "compatibility" modes, like Window 7 under Windows 10. Nothing should be checked in the "Compatibility" tab of the FSX.EXE Properties.

- Be sure you don't confuse the GSX activation key with the GSX L2 activation key. Each one is separate, and you should activate GSX with the GSX key, and GSX L2 with the GSX L2 activation key.
